Terms of Service

RevokeTrail is a multi-tenant B2B SaaS for tracking physical and digital access assets, including keys, cards, badges, remotes, and access-code references, with audit history and operational reporting.

Customers register a company account and invite their own authorized internal users. Each tenant is responsible for keeping its user list and roles accurate, and for ensuring that only authorized personnel access operational records.

Customers must not enter real access secrets into RevokeTrail. This includes door codes, PINs, alarm codes, lockbox codes, gate codes, and any digital credential secret values. RevokeTrail tracks code-type assets as references only and is not a secrets vault.

Customers are responsible for the operational accuracy of records they enter, including customer, site, asset, driver/worker, and partner data.

The service must be used for lawful operational asset tracking only. Customers must not use RevokeTrail to attempt unauthorized access, to circumvent security controls, or to process data in violation of applicable law.

Where subscription billing is active, payment is processed through Stripe. Specific pricing, billing cycles, refund policy, taxes, and contractual commitments are subject to a separate signed order or plan agreement and to legal review of this section.

Support is provided on a commercially reasonable basis. This draft does not constitute a formal SLA, uptime warranty, or response-time commitment.

Customer content entered into RevokeTrail by a tenant remains owned by that tenant. RevokeTrail processes such content to provide the service. Final allocation of rights and licenses is subject to legal review.

RevokeTrail records operational actions — for example assignment, transfer, return, incident, label print, report export, and role changes — to support traceability. These records exist to support operational accountability and are not a legal warranty about the conduct of any individual.

RevokeTrail does not currently claim SOC 2 certification, ISO 27001 certification, GDPR certification, EU data residency, formal DPA approval, completed penetration testing, MFA support, encryption guarantees, or backup guarantees. The service is provided “as is” pending final legal terms.

Accounts may be suspended or terminated for non-payment, breach of these terms, or misuse of the service. Final termination procedures, notice periods, and data-handling on termination are subject to legal review.

These draft terms may be updated as RevokeTrail evolves and as legal review completes. Material-change notice procedures will be defined in the final terms.
