Privacy Policy

RevokeTrail is a multi-tenant B2B SaaS used by operations teams to track physical and digital access assets — keys, cards, badges, remotes, and access-code references — across customers, sites, drivers/workers, and partners.

At a high level, RevokeTrail may process the following categories of data:

• Company / tenant account data
• Internal user account data (tenant users, roles)
• Customer, site, and access-asset operational records
• Driver / worker and partner contact records
• Audit logs of operational actions
• Billing / account status data, where Stripe billing is active
• Support feedback submissions, including optional screenshots
• Company logo file and storage path, where configured

RevokeTrail is designed so that actual door codes, PINs, alarm codes, lockbox codes, gate codes, and digital credential secrets are not intended to be stored in the product. Code-type assets are tracked as references only.

Labels and QR/barcode values are intended for internal asset identification only. They should not expose customer name, customer or site address, driver/worker name, partner name, or any access code or secret value.

B2C / residential customers receive stricter privacy handling in the product design, including restricted visibility of residential addresses and restrictions on customer-identifying information appearing on printable labels. This is a product design posture, not a legal guarantee.

RevokeTrail relies on a small set of service providers. The current draft inventory and purpose of each is documented on the subprocessors page. Categories currently include:

• Lovable Cloud (managed Supabase) — backend, database, authentication, storage
• Stripe — subscription billing, where active
• Google Maps Places — address autocomplete, where configured
• Transactional email infrastructure — system and support email delivery
• Support feedback email pipeline — bug and feature submissions
• Lovable AI Gateway — only for transaction document template translation
• Company logo storage bucket — company logo file storage

RevokeTrail provides operational data export and customer anonymization / deletion workflows as product capabilities. These are described as features of the product and are not, by themselves, a legal commitment.
